TiPPA compliant

California’s Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is considered one of the country’s most stringent environmental statutes in terms of informing citizens about exposure to chemicals associated with causing cancer, birth defects, or other harm. TIPPA (Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act) is a California law enacted in 2006 to reduce the presence of heavy metals in an array of packaging, including bags.
